The residential building is owned by Maria QUETTI, born in San Demetrio né Vestini (AQ) on 01/04/1938 and Vincenzo TADDEI born in San Demetrio né Vestini (AQ) on 23/09/1942. It is listed in the Cadastre of the Municipality of San Demetrio né Vestini on page 16 particle 77, sub. 3 and sub. 4.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
The building, built in remote times, has undergone various maintenance works over time, both ordinary and extraordinary, such as the restoration of the roof and finishing works, even if the vertical bearing structure of masonry and bricks (with portions) has not undergone significant changes from a geometrical - physical - structural point of view.
The structure of the building is made up of floors made up mainly of iron beams with boards and/or brick vaults for the three horizontal floors. The sloping roof (pavilion type) is wooden.

DESCRIPTION OF DAMAGE
The seismic event caused damage to the vertical bearing structure in masonry, showing widespread lesions on many perimeter walls and on as many areas inside the building. In particular, there are many fractures passing through slabs and there are relevant collapses on the second floor (making the building unusable).
The fractures detected by the inspection are numerous, significant and of vertical type, inclined and even horizontal in some sections.
Furthermore, there are evident traces of inflections of the floor and roof slabs.
The seismic event also damaged the partitions, the plant and the finishing works.
All levels of the building, those significantly and those in a minor form, are affected by earthquakes.
The damage to the real estate unit owned by Quetti consist of:
- substantial damage to the masonry both load-bearing and partition, therefore also to the plasters that are damaged and partly detached;
- fractures of the floors, therefore also to the flooring and sanitary ware - the systems (methane, water, heating and waste), is no longer efficient and partly interrupted.
DAMAGE RECOVERY WORKS
In order to remove the state of non-usability of the real estate unit owned by Quetti Maria, the following interventions were planned:
a) demolition and reconstruction of the plasters;
b) demolition and reconstruction of screeds and floors;
c) renovation of the systems;
d) replacement of health care units;
